Pricing for Miwa key cards

Indicative USD ranges per card at 1,000–4,999 pieces per design, four-colour offset printing included, EXW Dongguan; freight, duties, taxes, special finishes, sleeves and credential preparation are quoted separately, and the exact price is set in a dated quote.

A model label is useful identification, but market variants, retrofits and issuing configuration can affect the required credential. Use the property’s actual hardware and supplier specification as the starting point.
Do not infer MIFARE, FeliCa or a magnetic-stripe specification from country or brand alone. Ask the system provider for the exact supported part and configuration, and confirm whether the proposed stock can be supplied before arranging samples.
Which chip does Miwa read?
Reader and credential options depend on the installed model and configuration. Confirm the specification, preparation and sample plan, then test on your encoder and representative doors before ordering.

Record the installed system
Find the lock and encoder model labels and ask your installer for the issuing software and current credential specification. A card photo alone does not identify security configuration.

Send non-sensitive system details to sales@cardotel.com or through the inquiry form. Agree the card specification and sample purpose, availability, costs and shipping.

Test before approval
An authorized operator should issue samples and check the required doors and readers, including reissue and expiry. Agree acceptance criteria before approving the printed order.

Which cards work with Miwa ALV2 locks?
Confirm the lock model, encoder, access software and credential configuration. A brand or chip family alone does not establish compatibility; test the proposed sample with your authorized encoder and doors before ordering.
Our property uses FeliCa. Can we request cards?
Provide the current credential part number and your provider’s specification. Availability and any required preparation must be confirmed for that exact configuration before a sample or bulk order is agreed.
How do we reorder cards for an AL5H installation?
Confirm the reader actually installed and obtain the current card specification. If it uses magstripe, include coercivity, stripe position and track layout; a model label alone is insufficient.
Can artwork include Japanese text?
Include the required text and approved font or outlined artwork. Confirm language review, print proofing and any preparation charges before approving the artwork.
