Hotel Key Cards, Wristbands & Accessories

Guest credentials, end to end

Four categories cover the whole guest-credential program. Start from what your locks read, then choose the material, the format and the accessories around the card.

How to choose across the four categories

First, identify what your locks read. The lock brand narrows it down — the lock compatibility hub covers fifteen common systems, from Saflok and Onity to Salto and VingCard — and if all you have is a working card, the chip guide shows how to identify it. Cards, fobs and wristbands are different housings around the same credential, so this one step steers every category at once.

Second, pick the format and material for how keys actually live at your property. Standard PVC from the hotel key cards range suits most front desks; wood, bamboo and paper cards fit boutique and eco positioning; wristbands replace cards wherever guests are wet or pocketless; and sleeves, fobs, staff cards and laundry tags complete the program. The property-type guides map these choices to hotels, resorts, casinos, hostels and member clubs.

Third, set quantity and budget, then sample before you commit. Indicative per-card price ranges and quantity bands are published in the key card cost guide, and a sample plan lets you check print and material in hand — and, for access credentials, test the proposed card in your own encoder and doors before a production run.
