Privacy & analytics choices
This notice explains how information is used when you browse cardotel.com or contact Cardotel about a project.
Information you choose to send
Contact and sample forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email, company and project requirements. We use these to answer your request and discuss specifications, quotes or samples. A sample request does not require your full delivery address at the first step.
Form delivery and correspondence
Our same-origin form service runs on Cloudflare. It keeps inquiry records in the active database for up to 90 days and sends a notification to our Zoho mailbox. Backups follow the service provider’s retention rules. A successful form confirmation means the request has been saved; it does not confirm inbox delivery or promise an automatic reply. Our team follows up manually. A random inquiry reference links a request with retries of the same details. It is not derived from your details or used as a visitor or device identifier. With JavaScript available, an accepted reference may be kept briefly in this tab to display once; the form also works without JavaScript. Email correspondence may be kept while a request or order is handled, or for necessary business records. Contact us about access, correction or deletion; active orders and applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be deleted.
Optional website analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It uses cookies and technical information about pages, browser/device use and selected actions to help us understand visits and inquiry steps. Our analytics events do not include names entered in forms, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, entered budgets or full URL query strings. Only approved source, medium and campaign labels from tagged links are used for attribution; other parameter values are excluded. With your permission and analytics available on the live site, the inquiry reference is included in submission events, and approved marketing source labels and a public landing-page path accompany the form so we can compare submission records with received inquiries. Unavailable attribution is recorded as unknown. After consent, this attribution is kept in the current tab and expires 30 minutes after the last recorded page visit, even if you stay on the same page. A recorded form acceptance is not proof of an email being read or an order being placed.
Your choice
You can decline analytics and still browse or send an inquiry. Your choice is saved in this browser. Before you have made a choice, closing the notice keeps analytics off and dismisses the notice for the current tab session. Use the analytics settings to change it; withdrawing permission stops our analytics tracking and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It does not automatically remove earlier data already processed by Google.
Other services and links
Hosting and delivery services process technical request information to serve the website and operate the forms. Cloudflare, Zoho and Google may process information outside your country. Opening WhatsApp, email links, embedded video or other external links uses those providers and their privacy terms. Only share the project information needed for the conversation.
