Digital printing can suit changing artwork and shorter runs because it avoids offset plates. The break-even quantity depends on colors, finish, equipment and setup; compare quotations for the actual job.
Will digital printing match a brand color exactly?
Color depends on the printer, consumables, coating and color management. Approve a production-representative proof, especially for large solid areas or specified spot colors, and agree tolerances.
Can a hotel print directly onto raw coated sheets?
Most desktop card printers require finished cards of specified dimensions and surface characteristics, not raw production sheets. Provide the printer model and consumables to confirm a suitable ready-to-print blank.
Does digital printing remove minimum orders and setup charges?
It removes the need for offset plates in that process, but material preparation, encoding and finishing may still impose quantities or charges. Minimum order, samples, price and timing are confirmed for each project.
