How we work

Check your installed system

Agree the card specification and sample acceptance criteria before approving production. Issuing access permissions remains part of the hotel’s authorized access system.

Verify sourcing documents

Request the complete card composition and documents applicable to the proposed construction, including coatings, adhesives and the RFID inlay. A material name alone does not prove recyclability, compostability or a lower environmental impact.

Schedule by project

Confirm sample preparation, production and transit separately for the approved specification, quantity and destination. State your required arrival date in the inquiry.

Quantity by specification

Specify the chip or stripe, material, quantity per design, printing and destination. Confirm pricing, minimum order and any quantity discounts in a dated project quote.
