Include your lock brand/model (or "not sure"), your shipping address, and anything else that helps — quantity plans, material interests, deadlines. We reply within about 12 hours on business days.
Sample questions, answered
Are the samples really free?
Yes — unprinted sample packs are free, including the chips matched to your lock system. You only pay the courier shipping. Samples printed with your own artwork carry a small production fee that is credited against your first order.
How do I test the samples when they arrive?
Encode them at your property exactly as you do with your current cards (front-desk encoder or lock software), then try them on several doors including your oldest locks. If anything fails, tell us what happened — we send a revised candidate set at no charge.
How long does the whole process take?
Packs ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 depending on destination. Most properties complete door testing within a day of arrival, and production takes 7–10 working days after artwork approval — roughly three weeks end to end, comfortably inside most reorder windows.
We are a distributor / lock installer — can we get a broader pack?
Yes. Trade partners can request an extended pack covering the chip families and materials they quote most, plus unbranded reference cards for client presentations. Mention your business type in the form.
