What will the samples and shipping cost?
Sample fees depend on the card format, chip, credential preparation, quantity and printing requested. Shipping depends on the destination. Ask for a sample plan that lists these costs and any order-credit terms before you proceed.
How do I test the samples when they arrive?
First confirm any required credential preparation with the sample plan. Use your normal authorized issuing process, then test on representative doors and relevant shared readers. Record the lock model, encoder or software, candidate specification and result. Report failures before approving production; a printed proof or material swatch does not establish access compatibility.
How long does the whole process take?
Ask for separate estimates for sample preparation, dispatch and transit to your destination. Custom printing or credential preparation can affect timing. Production scheduling is confirmed separately after the required specification, artwork and sample approvals.
